1. Initiate Return: Email us at support@easyshop.in with your Order ID and reason for return.

2. Approval & Pickup: Once approved, our team will arrange a pickup or guide you through self-shipping.

3. Inspection: Returned items will be inspected before processing.

4. Refund/Replacement: Once approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method or process a replacement, as per your request.

💸 Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or wrong item.
